Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

Order can be placed without making an account. But, if you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.

How can I create an account?

First time shoppers can easily register by clicking on the "Create an Account" on the home page header and fill the mandatory information and submit the form by clicking the "Submit" button.

What if I have forgotten the password?

You can click on forgot password available on login page. Enter your email address and click on "Submit" button. An email will be sent to you to with a new password.

Do you have a look book?

Yes, we do have an online look book link on the homepage,  which contains all new and archived designs. 

How's the quality of the products and do you have a product guarantee?

We always quality check our product before placing them in our web portal. However, that there   may be slight difference between the color on-screen and the color of the actual product due to monitor quality. Do you have minimum order requirement?

Will my order history be maintained?

What type of fabric do you use?

We use 100% cotton fabric.

Placing an order:

How do I place an order?

Select the product of your choice from category list. Choose the size from available options; select quantity if you want more than 1 otherwise default quantity is set to "1". Click "Add to Cart" button to proceed to checkout otherwise click "continue shopping" button. Further follow simple instructions to continue to checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation after I place an order ?

For every order you will receive a confirmation email at the specified email ID within few minutes. In case it does not appear in your inbox do check spam. If it isn't even there, contact us on our contact form and a member of our team will be in touch with you. 

Do you take overseas orders?

No, currently we are not facilitating overseas orders. For further information contact sales helpline at (042-3594 3384-6) or email us at sales@nowtees.com

If there is a problem with my order what do I do ?

If there is a problem in shipped stock, please call helpline at (042-3594 3384-6) or email us at sales@nowtees.com

Can I change my order?

At our helpdesk you can change your order because we will be unable to change your order once the product has left our warehouse. If the product has yet to be shipped, you can make an alternate purchase and immediately inform to our call center at (042-3594 3384-5-6)

How can I cancel the order?

Your order can be cancelled before it reaches the "Order Shipped" stage. Please call helpdesk at (042-3594 3384-6) or email us at sales@nowtees.com for further assistance. (If order not dispatched it can be stopped)

What if the product is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, it will be mentioned on the website.

Printing:

What type of printing do we offer?

Description: C:\Users\HP\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Word\Now_Logo-01-01.png Offer screen and digital printing. Normally digital printing is for smaller quantities and screen printing is for larger quantities. 

Will the printing fade on my shirts after a few washings?

Normally it takes multiple washes before it fades, and in case it does after 1 or 2 washes; call our helpline at (042-3594 3384-6) or email us at sales@nowtees.com

 

Customized Shirts:

What is the maximum print area for my design ?

We recommend the following dimensions: 8.5'" X 11" (That is A4, roughly), you can get a little bigger than that. 

Can I print on the sleeves of my shirt ?

If you have a requirement for sleeve printing, you can get it. 

What's customized t shirt pricing method?

Customized t shirt pricing depends on the quantity of ordered t shirts and design to be printed. 

If I reorder, do you keep my artwork ?

No, for every reorder you have to provide the artwork. 

I already have shirts, will you print on them ?

No, we only print on our manufactured t shirts.

What if my design has embroidery with digital design. Do you have embroidery services?

No we do not provide embroidery services with digital printing. In future if we do, you will be notified.

 

Shipment:

How items are packed?

All items are packaged at our warehouse to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

Does your shipment has a cost of its free ?

Returns & Exchanges:

What's the return policy, if my received item is damaged ?

Our products are quality checked before we dispatch them. We guarantee you that our product will satisfy you in terms of quality.

Still in case of our product delivered is not up to the mark, items purchased within 30 days, can only be returned or exchanged. Call our helpline at (042-3594 3384-6) or email us at sales@nowtees.com or contact us through our Facebook page. You have to send us the faulty garment to process a return. Returns are usually processed within 4-10 working days. Please add a note, with your complete contact details, when sending the product back, so we can identify where the return came from, and where it needs to be sent. 

Online ordered products cannot be exchanged at any nowtees store.

Do you process refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds within 7 days from date of order, in case you don't like the product. We expect to get it back, unused and issue cheques for refunds through post. We cannot process refunds through easy paisa or any similar service, or an online bank transfer. 

What's your exchange policy?

Yes, you can. We would expect, to receive the product back to process an exchange request. However, before we would advise, to confirm, availability of size and design, prior to sending back the product, and a request to hold it, before you send in for an exchange.
